Project Management, Coordination and Oversight
WP9 will aim to guarantee the efficient operation of the whole project and will engage with all WPs. It will ensure its overriding objectives are met within agreed resources and time scales. While providing the basic infrastructure needed to operate a major multi-partner project, it will offer administrative and financial coordination, and monitor project progress and achievements in terms of deliverables and milestones.
