Global dissemination, communication and engagement with stakeholders
WP 8 executes the dissemination and communication strategy for FOCI.
It interacts across all the work packages and implements a global strategy to ensure the impact and relevance of project outcomes to stakeholders. WP 8 will formulate results in plain language, for both expert, user, and general communities. WP 8 runs the project website and newsletter.
WP 8 also developed and implemented the stakeholder strategy for the project. Stakeholders were surveyed and responses were compiled as user requirements.
WP 8 will produce science snapshots for each work package and summarize policy-relevant information in the form of policy briefs.

Leilani dulguerov
Leilani studied atmospheric and environmental sciences and is an Associate Communications Officer at WMO in Atmospheric Composition and Environmental Services. She manages research projects and supports ozone and UV-related activities under the Global Atmosphere Watch programme.
